The Company produces engineered-welded blanks utilizing both the mash seam resistance and laser weld processes. The EWBs that are produced generally consist of two or more sheets of steel or aluminum of the same or different material grade, thickness or coating welded together into a single flat panel then formed to create a three dimensional part.  EWBs allow OEMs to reduce vehicle weight, while maintaining body strength for safety and improving performance of the vehicle. Furthermore, by reducing the number of parts and supplemental operations required, EWBs offer significant cost savings to OEMs.  We can tailor make our welded blanks to your specification.
