Theodore K. Zampetis
President and CEO
Mr. Zampetis was named President and CEO of Shiloh Industries, Inc. on January 29, 2002. In addition to the titles of President and CEO, Mr. Zampetis also holds a seat on the Board of Directors for Shiloh and has held that seat since 1993. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Zampetis was President and CEO of Strategic Partners International, LLC, a management consulting firm. Prior to his appointment at Strategic Partners International, LLC, Mr. Zampetis worked for The Standard Products Company, a global manufacturer of vehicle sealing and trimming systems for automotive manufacturers. Mr. Zampetis began his career with The Standard Products Company and served for over 27 years in key technical and managerial positions. In 1991, Mr. Zampetis was appointed to the Board of Directors of The Standard Products Company and was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, positions he held until his retirement at the end of 1999.
Anthony M. Parente
Vice President, Engineering and Technology
Mr. Parente was named Vice President, Engineering and Technology of Shiloh Industries, Inc. on January 1, 2011. Previously Mr. Parente served as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations of Shiloh Industries, Inc. from 2006 to 2011. Prior to his appointment as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Mr. Parente held the position of Group General Manager from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Parente also served as Plant Manager of the Ohio Welded Blank Division from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Parente joined the Company through its acquisition of MTD Automotive in 1999, where he had progressed effectively through different technical assignments. Mr. Parente began his career at MTD Automotive as an electrical apprentice in 1979.
Thomas M. Dugan
Vice President, Finance and Treasurer
Mr. Dugan was named Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Shiloh Industries, Inc. on January 31, 2011. Previously, Mr. Dugan served as the Company's Treasurer from 2001 to 2011. Mr. Dugan began his tenure with Shiloh as Director of Finance and held that position from 1999 to 2001. Before arriving at Shiloh, Mr. Dugan served as Director of Finance at Carter Lumber Company, a Midwest chain of over 250 retail and contractor yards. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Dugan held various positions at Ernst & Young, serving automotive and heavy manufacturing companies.
Paul D. Harland
Vice President, Manufacturing Operations
Mr. Harland was named Vice President, Manufacturing Operations on February 28, 2011. Most recently, Mr. Harland served as Vice President of Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing at NISCO, a joint venture between Cooper Standard Automotive, Inc. and Nishikawa Rubber Company of Japan. Previous to his appointment at NISCO, Mr. Harland served as a Division Manager with The Standard Products Company and also held positions at OMI Inc., the Emerson Electric Company, and Caterpillar, Inc.
Elie Azzi
Vice President, Quality Assurance and Program Management
Mr. Azzi was named Vice President, Quality Assurance and Program Management on April 1, 2011. Most recently, Mr. Azzi worked for Robert Bosch, LLC., spending a total of 17 years with the company. While working for Bosch, Mr. Azzi held leadership roles developing strategy and tactics in Quality Assurance and Program Management. Prior to his time at Bosch, Mr. Azzi held technical positions with Sach's Automotive of America and J. Marshall, Inc.
Tres F. Kline
Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Mr. Kline was named Vice President, Sales and Business Development on June 1, 2011. During 2010, Mr. Kline owned and operated an independent business consulting practice. Prior to leading his business consulting practice, Mr. Kline worked for General Motors for over 30 years. During his tenure at General Motors, Mr. Kline held the following positions: Global Director of Purchasing, Global Director of Manufacturing Engineering, Director of Planning, and many increasingly responsible positions in Manufacturing Operations.
