Program Management

Shiloh has a team of experienced Program Managers that are capable of managing a new program launch from concept to production.  Shiloh Program Managers work very closely with customer's representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and the program success.  Shiloh's Program Management is driven by principles of Advanced Product Quality Planning and will meet & exceed QS9000 requirements.  Shiloh also supports customer's quality system needs in addition to QS9000 requirements.

The program manager leads a cross-functional program launch team with representation from plant management, sales, manufacturing engineering, tooling engineering, quality, design engineering, industrial engineering, suppliers, sub-contractors, customer and material planning as appropriate.  Shiloh can help customer realize substantial cost and time savings by with its advanced process engineering and product design capabilities.
