A 1999 addition to Shiloh's on-going commitment to provide customers with the finest technology available is the VIL YAG laser weld line in both our Ohio Welded Blanking and our Shiloh de Mexico facilities.  Custom built for our frame-side program, this multi-blank line is designed to combine multiple blanks and welds into one finished part.  This line features a post weld blanker to stamp holes and trim edges, plus a post-blanker wash and oil unit.  It is currently in use in the production of precision automotive components, with finished parts shipped on a just-in-time basis.
