Management Team
Theodore K. Zampetis
President & CEO
Mr. Zampetis was named President & CEO of Shiloh Industries on January 29,
2002. In addition to being President and CEO, Mr. Zampetis
also holds a seat on the board of directors for Shiloh. Prior to
January 29th Mr. Zampetis was retired and served on the Board of Directors.
Before retiring Mr. Zampetis was President,
Chief Operating Officer and a Director of The Standard Products
Company, a manufacturer of rubber and plastic parts,
principally for automotive original equipment manufacturers.

Kevin P. Bagby
Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kevin P. Bagby assumed the position of Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Shiloh Industries, Inc in November 2008.
Mr. Bagby recently served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Freightcar America,
a manufacturer of aluminum bodied railroad freight cars from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Bagby previously served as Vice President and CFO of Stoneridge, Inc.,
a manufacturer of electronic components, modules and systems for the automotive and industrial markets from 1995 to 2004. Prior to joining Stoneridge,
Mr. Bagby held senior financial leadership positions with Kelsey-Hayes, General Tire and Abex Corporation.

James F. Keys
Senior Vice
President Advanced Technology / Sales and Marketing
Mr. Keys was named
Senior Vice President Advanced Technology /
Sales and Marketing
on May 23, 2002. Mr. Keys most recently served as Executive
Vice President of Research and Advanced Technology – Worldwide for
Standard Products Company.

Anthony M. Parente
Vice President of Manufacturing Operations
Mr. Anthony M. Parente was named Vice President of Manufacturing Operations of Shiloh Industries, Inc. since October 2006.
He started his career at MTD Automotive as an electrical apprentice in 1979 and joined the Company through its acquisition
of MTD Automotive in 1999. He progressed effectively through different technical assignments. He was appointed Plant Manager
of the Ohio Welded Blank Plant in 2001, and was promoted to the position of Group General Manager three years later.
